I make paintings that explore relationships involving color and scale. Each color, each shape has an influence on the next. The finished painting is a gestalt experience emphasizing that the whole is greater than its parts.

I work with acrylic paint on cradled wood panels. Importantly, the geometric forms show a handmade process. Vibrant colors often meet and harmonize, or at times, intentionally fail to harmonize.
